Four Points By Sheraton Langfang Gu'an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. 真的太舊了，睡覺翻身的時候都能聽到床墊子彈簧在響，而且基本沒什麼服務可言，餐廳座套上都是油點子，上菜特別慢，親子活動套圈單獨收費，免費的做餅乾活動下午三點到四點，老師遲到二十五分鐘，差不多七八組家庭等着，來了一句抱歉也沒有，匆忙做完耗時二十分鐘，衝著親子的話還是勸退吧，唯二覺得還行的也就衹有樓上泳池還算乾淨和離動物園比較近。減去動物園價值300元的門票，698一晚的價格性價比不行

酒店住的非常舒適，房間乾淨寬敞，前台的ida 服務態度也很好，還有小動物可以喂，小動物也很可愛，酒店距離北京野生動物園也很近，帶小朋友住很好，16樓還有泳池和健身房，推薦入住

服務很好，免費升級了主題房，小朋友非常喜歡，還有小童樂園，能看到溜達的小羊。對面就是中央公園，很多小朋友能玩的，非常方便。唯一就是酒店設施有點舊，電視很不給力。 北京野生動物園門票:入住時前台給票，然後動物園現場換取票入場

房間安靜整潔，前台Carrie服務到位很不錯
